Our family had a great stay here! All the staff were nice friendly, but I cannot say enough good things about the breakfast crew of ladies. They made the whole stay better with their willingness to serve and their positive attitude towards the customers. This level of customer service is hard to find. Stay here and say hi to the breakfast ladies!
Older property. Rooms are clean, TV large, good towels, excellent hot breakfast with several choices, staff is super friendly and accommodating. You must walk to a separate building for breakfast. Parking is tight. Right across the street from Oaklawn racing & casino. Our room was next to a breezeway which was loud when late partiers were returning. Good overnight lighting and they accept small dogs. Will definitely stay here again. Four stars due to aging facilities.
Rooms were clean - especially for the budget brand, and the sheer number of rooms available. Wish there were more outlets and comfy seating for the king room, but overall, it was a solid space and nice location near the casino.
Rooms were very well taken care of. Right across the road from oaklawn casino. There are many restaurants close to hotel. The staff are very respectful, helpful and supportive of the many needs of a weary traveler. Definitely would recommend to a friend!
Donna and the team at breakfast are hands down the best.. They found out it was my birthday and gave me a sweet treat with a candle and sang happy birthday to me. We stay at BW Winner's Circle every year and get the same quality and service year after year. From the front desk to the housekeepers, everyone there is so friendly and happy to be there... See ya next year.
Big shout out to staff for helping us out when another local hotel (Microtel) dropped a no locals policy on us the day of our reservation. We were attending a comedy show at the casino. We made the reservation at least 10 days in advance and received a text the morning of our reservation cancelling due to our address being in Garland county. I've never heard of such a thing. Staff at the Winners Circle took our reservation without hesitation after we explained what had happened to us. This will be our go to hotel from now on. We already have 2 more reservations and will continue to stay here when we are attending concerts and shows at Oaklawn. Thank you again to staff for taking such good care of us.
Very clean property! Clean bed, clean towels, there was no noisy, craziness either which was so nice. We felt safe. The best part breakfast! So very organized! The ladies, literally serve your plate, to you, it makes for zero craziness, very calm breakfast room, ladies were so very sweet and helpful. I put 4 stars because it is an older property, there maybe better looking places to stay in town, that are more updated, but I bet they won't have as nice staff or clean rooms! And especially a good breakfast.
Quiet. Clean. And a happy staff. One unique thing I experienced here was the breakfast room and the fact they had a breakfast staff that was extremely friendly, always smiling and cheerful serving.
